Introduction

Have you learned how to better understand your obstacles, think differently, cope differently, yet continue to feel the same way? Beginning a therapy journey can be a vital component in finding the kind of healing you are looking for. My method prioritizes authenticity, connection, and empowerment, and I am honored to support you. I believe that the goals you have for your therapy journey should be at the forefront of the work we do together, and that work can only be done in a safe and genuine space where you feel valued and connected. Our sessions together are informed by evidence-based practices that are catered to meet your needs. I am trained in evidence-based treatment approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and Sand Tray Therapy. I invest my time outside of sessions continuing to learn, grow, and research evidence-based practices to best support the clients I serve. I offer individual, couple, and group therapy. I work primarily with adults and teens, focusing on trauma and PTSD, personality and identity challenges and substance use disorders. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent identities. I am currently accepting self-pay and sliding scale clients in office and virtually in Florida. If I could be a resource for you to grow, find peace, or heal, please reach out to me for a free consultation
