My art of practice is built on the understanding that we are imprinted by our early relationships, yet that we remain capable of growth and transformation throughout our lives- we are dynamic, fluid, constantly integrating. My approach is an experiential one- meaning that, while I value therapeutic insight, I also value the expressions of insights ("felt sense" awareness, in-the-moment emotional shifts, imagery). Our therapeutic relationship becomes a safe base for healing, where I see and accept you in your fullness as a unique human. Outside of the therapy space, I spend my time consuming literature, writing poetry, exercising, and enjoying nature. I consider myself a lifelong learner and place great value on curiosity.
