Introduction

I believe that improving our quality of life is always possible. Making changes in our lives is often easier than we think. I work with my clients to gain a greater awareness of who they are, and what they need to feel more peace and satisfaction. My approach is based on understanding how our relationships, thoughts, and emotions affect our experiences. Through compassionate and mindful care, we can work together to join the insight and practical skills needed to thrive. Each person is unique, and that is why individualized care for each of my clients is so important to our work together. Whether you are seeking for yourself, or a loved one, I am here to help. - Jonathan Metter, MA, LMFT Bio Jonathan Metter is a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor providing in-person services to clients at his office in the Center for Psychological Service in Rosemont, PA, as well as online psychotherapy to clients residing in California, and online wellness and mindfulness coaching to clients living all over the world.
