You've read the books, done the therapy, and worked hard to heal—yet something still feels stuck. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply committed to personal growth. They understand their patterns intellectually, but continue to struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, complex trauma, religious trauma, chronic stress, or a persistent sense that they're carrying something unresolved. I specialize in working with people who have been to therapy before, including therapists, yoga teachers, healers, and helping professionals. Together, we'll move beyond insight alone and explore what may be keeping you stuck so that healing can begin to take root in a deeper and more lasting way. Since 2016, I have integrated traditional psychotherapy with training as a 500-hour yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. My approach honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit and may include mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, shadow work, and other holistic practices tailored to your unique needs. I know how difficult it can be to ask for help. I also know that reaching out is often the first step toward meaningful change. If you're looking for a therapist who can meet you with compassion, depth, and curiosity, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
