Introduction

I believe therapy works best when we focus on your existing strengths and build from there. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), I work with individuals, couples, and groups to navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the aftermath of traumatic brain injury. I'm particularly passionate about supporting young adults and those exploring ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. My approach blends motivational interviewing, person-centered care, and solution-focused techniques to help you move through life's stressors with greater resilience and skill. I create a safe, affirming space where your voice matters and vulnerability is honored. Whether you're facing a major transition or simply seeking support during a difficult time, I'm here to walk alongside you. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept multiple insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to explore this next stage of your journey together.
