Services Offered Child Therapy & Play Therapy: Using specialized, play-based approaches to help young children express feelings, build self-regulation, and navigate behavioral or emotional challenges in a safe environment. Teen Counseling: Dedicated support for adolescents managing stress, school pressures, anxiety, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Parent Coaching: Practical, compassionate guidance to empower parents with strategies that strengthen family relationships and resolve behavioral hurdles. Flexible Scheduling & Dual Office Options We know family life is busy. To accommodate your schedule, we offer both in-person and flexible virtual appointment times: In-Person Therapy (New Orleans): Friday afternoons & Saturday mornings Telehealth Counseling: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (including late afternoon options ideal for post-school hours) I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies at this time. You may contact your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits. Should you wish to go through out-of-network insurance, I can provide you a detailed bill (often called a superbill) that contains all the information an insurance company will require. It is the client’s responsibility to handle all out-of-network insurance related tasks and I can not guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.
