I believe therapy is a space to rediscover your strength, heal what feels heavy, and reconnect with your true self. I work with teens, adults, and couples, providing a safe, compassionate, and affirming environment that supports healing and growth. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, empathy, and collaboration. Using Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I help clients explore emotions, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives. Beyond one-on-one therapy, I lead corporate workshops and wellness seminars focused on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and stress management—helping organizations foster healthier, more connected environments. As a young, Black therapist, I’m dedicated to challenging the stigma around mental health care in Black and Brown communities. I provide culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+ affirming support, creating space for conversations about race, spirituality, and identity. I’m licensed in Georgia and South Carolina and am currently offering virtual sessions.
