I originally wanted to become a therapist because I fell in love with psychology in high school. The more I learned about psychology, sociology, and the science of how we relate to each other, the more I fell in love with working with people on an individual level. I received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2022 and I find more passion, drive and love for the mental health field every day. I specialize in anxiety, bipolar disorders, and grief/loss, I do a lot of work with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, and I enjoy working with the perinatal population. While these are my specialties, I have worked with a wide range of issues and will do my best to help create an individualized treatment for whomever comes through my door. I am passionate about helping people change what is not working in their lives and working to create safety, confidence, and authenticity in our ability to grow and work through life's issues.
