Introduction

Are you ready? My name is Jordan- I have experience in assisting people struggling with transitions in their lives, grief, low periods, relationship struggles, career and educational stress, and anxiety. My goal here is to open up convenient scheduling outside of standard practice hours to capture the busy people who cannot always step away during standard 9-5 hours. Does this sound like you? With evening and weekend availability I am hoping we can create a space to grow and move through exactly what you are going through. In the chair you can expect an initial session where targets are set, the things that you are wanting addressed are uncovered, and collaboration is at the forefront of the therapeutic process. I like to structure my sessions on what is important to you. Your time is valuable and choosing to share it with me is the highest compliment- lets use it wisely. Through supportive and gentle encouragement Jordan believes that each individual has the ability to change their lives. You will explore the intersections of spirituality, emotion, physical well-being, and existing patterns. Let's go a little further than "how does that make you feel?" and find the corners of healing, strategies for coping, and rest that actually feels like rest. If you are ready to collaborate and you are ready for a change- you are in the right place and I am so glad you are here. In the meantime, if you are in a mental health crisis or need 24/7 support you can reach out to 988 via call or text, if you are local to Bell County, Texas a local crisis line can be reached at 1-800-888-4036, or you are able to call 911 in case of emergency.
