Introduction

Hi, I’m Jordan Oberholtzer, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the founder of Inner Harbor Counseling & Wellness. I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported—not judged or given a list of things you “should” be doing differently. I created Inner Harbor to offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with yourself. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, and the emotional weight that can come with feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I’m especially interested in helping clients look beyond simply managing symptoms to better understand themselves, their patterns, and what matters most to them. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, adjusting to a major life change, grieving something—or someone—you’ve lost, or simply recognizing that the way you’ve been coping no longer feels sustainable, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to create meaningful change. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, acceptance, and a life that feels more authentically yours.
