I believe meaningful therapy begins with understanding each person's unique story—the biological, psychological, relational, and environmental factors that shape who you are. My background spans medicine, behavioral health, science, and education, which gives me a holistic lens for the work we do together. I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, and I'm currently accepting new clients for telehealth sessions. My clinical interests include eating disorders, postpartum mental health, and complex trauma. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is integrative and tailored to you—drawing from Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I aim to create an affirming space where you can understand yourself more deeply, build coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, authenticity, and genuine curiosity about your experience.
