Introduction

Hi, I’m Jordan Riffel, T-LMFT. Finding the right therapist isn't about finding a generic "expert"—it's about finding someone who gets your vibe, aligns with your values, and feels safe enough to tell anything to. My approach in the room? It’s more caring to be honest than soft. You get out of therapy what you put into it. While I bring genuine empathy and humor to every session, I won't skimp on the real, hard truths that actually lead to growth. Who I Help: Couples in Conflict: Breaking old patterns when you feel stuck or at the end of your rope. Dating & Premarital Couples: Navigating the awkward or avoided conversations before your next big step. Caregivers & Helpers: Parents, healthcare workers, and teachers facing compassion fatigue or lost identity. Logistics: I hold an MS in Family Therapy from Friends University KC. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, though I strongly encourage our first few meetings be in-person to build a solid foundation. Ready to see if we’re a fit?
