Introduction

Hi, I’m Jordana, and I work with adults and couples who are seeking a space to process emotions, strengthen relationships, and navigate the stress of life’s transitions. I see therapy not as fixing what’s broken, but as a place to undo aloneness—a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. My approach is engaged and relational, blending deep listening with active collaboration so you feel both supported and empowered in the process. In our first session, we’ll slow down, talk through what’s bringing you in, and begin creating a safe foundation for reflection, healing, and growth. I integrate CBT and DBT to build coping skills, EFT and attachment-based work to deepen relationships, ACT and mindfulness practices to strengthen clarity and presence, and psychodynamic approaches to uncover what’s beneath old patterns. Together, we’ll create the conditions not just for change, but for a more authentic, connected, and resilient way of being.
