I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I work with adults experiencing stress, trauma, substance use concerns, grief, and major life transitions. Many of my clients appear high functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected. I bring experience in public behavioral health leadership and clinical practice, including work with complex trauma and substance related challenges. As a United States Marine Corps veteran, I offer a steady, structured, and grounded presence in therapy. I also provide services in both English and Spanish and strive to practice in a culturally responsive and respectful manner. Earlier in my career, I provided counseling to children and families navigating life threatening illness and loss, which strengthened my understanding of grief and resilience. My approach is practical, collaborative, and goal oriented. In our initial sessions, we will clarify what brings you to therapy, identify priorities, and develop realistic, measurable goals. I integrate evidence based interventions and trauma informed care while tailoring treatment to your individual needs. Therapy is a professional partnership focused on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and supporting meaningful change. If you are seeking structured, culturally aware, and action focused support, we can explore whether working together is a good fit.
