Introduction

Do you hear that quiet voice telling you something has to change—that you want more for yourself, but you’re not quite sure how to get there? Maybe you’ve read the books, tried meditation, talked it through, and still find yourself waiting for things to finally click. I work with adults, teens, and families who are tired of feeling stuck and ready to better understand themselves, recognize what they already bring to the world, and begin building a life that feels more meaningful and genuinely their own. I see therapy as a place where we can slow things down and figure out what still serves you. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, as well as others navigating marginalized identities, and helping make sense of how identity, relationships, and larger social systems can shape the way we move through the world. Together, we’ll honor the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself while gently exploring what may no longer be serving you. My hope is to help you move forward with greater self-understanding, intention, and a stronger sense of what feels right for you.
