Introduction

I work primarily with young men, from college students to men in their 20s and 30s, who feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck. I often help with ADHD, relationships, motivation, and figuring out what direction you want your life to take. You may understand what’s going wrong intellectually but still find yourself falling into the same patterns. That can show up as overthinking, procrastination, difficulty with relationships, losing motivation, or falling into habits that take up more of your life than you want. My approach is practical, collaborative, and low pressure. We’ll work on understanding what keeps getting in the way while building strategies you can use outside of therapy. My goal is for you to feel more capable of handling life on your own over time, rather than dependent on therapy indefinitely.
