Many of the people I work with were never taught how to handle their emotions and learned to hide them or shut them down to get through life. You do not need to stay stuck in that pattern. This is where I come in. My approach is direct, steady and active. I focus on transformative experiential work not passive talk therapy. You will learn by doing and feel the therapy happening in real time. We slow down reactions, step into roleplays, and experiment with new ways of responding so you can see exactly what keeps you stuck and what finally moves you forward.
