Introduction

I help adult individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety and relationship issues related to suppressed emotions, neglect, and trauma. Whether it was from your childhood or a more recent traumatic experience, your past doesn’t have to rule you. Clients describe me as calm, grounded, and direct. I focus on transformative interventions, not just passive listening. If you’re only looking for a place to vent without making changes or getting to the root, I’m probably not the right fit. But if you are someone who is open to trying something new and putting in the work, I want to work with and help you.
