Introduction

Our therapeutic services are all about you—your experiences, your goals, and your journey to positive change. We work together to explore challenges, find your strengths, and build solutions that feel real and long-lasting. Our offerings include: Individual, Family, and Group Therapy In individual and family sessions, you’ll find a safe and understanding space to explore your inner world and relationships. This will help you build a strong foundation for real, lasting growth. And if you’re looking for a different experience, group therapy is available. In our supportive group settings, you can connect with others and experience the power of shared understanding and collective growth. Psychiatry We offer a safe and non-judgmental space for psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Our Boulder office has in-person appointments, and we also provide telehealth services throughout Colorado. Intensive Workshops Our workshops are designed to bring about meaningful change and have three main focus areas: family, couples, and trauma. We tailor these workshops to meet the unique needs of each participant, so you’ll receive relevant and effective support. Collegiate Coaching Inspired by our Boulder location, we’ve come up with a college-focused program that focuses on the essential life skills college students need. Our coaching program covers topics like academic performance and studying skills, time and stress management, navigating social situations, financial literacy and independence, and identity development.
