Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it's tailored to who you are and what matters most to you. As a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP), I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, drawing from cognitive and trauma-focused therapies to help you explore unhelpful beliefs, process difficult experiences, and develop practical coping skills. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, or navigating major life transitions, I'm here to help you understand how your emotions, relationships, and family patterns shape your life—and to support you in finding meaning along the way. I work with adults 24 and older via telehealth and currently accept Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, Curative, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Ascension. I'm accepting new clients and would be honored to work with you.
