Introduction

I’m Jossie, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and the founder of JT Halo HealthCare. I began this work out of a deep commitment to helping individuals understand their emotional experiences with clarity, compassion, and dignity. Over the years, my clinical path has included inpatient psychiatry, dual‑diagnosis treatment, detox and withdrawal management, and memory‑care psychiatry—experiences that shaped my belief that insight is one of the most powerful tools for healing. My practice specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma‑related conditions, and neurocognitive disorders. I also place strong emphasis on psychiatric and collaborative treatment planning, ensuring clients feel informed and empowered throughout their care. I work with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, insomnia, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and identity exploration. My approach blends evidence‑based treatment with supportive psychotherapy, medication management when appropriate, and practical strategies that help clients regain stability and confidence. I value creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected—where their story is honored and their goals guide the work. Whether you’re seeking relief from symptoms, clarity in your mental health journey, or a place to rebuild emotional resilience, my goal is to provide care that is steady, thoughtful, and genuinely impactful. At JT Halo, you are not just receiving treatment—you are gaining a partner in your healing process.
