I bring nonjudgment and gentleness into our work together, with the intention of creating sustainable change in helping you move toward a life that is better aligned with your values. I aspire to create a space that feels comfortable, safe, and affirming for people of all identities, including BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent individuals. I believe that struggle is a universal part of being human, and that everyone has the capacity to heal. I enjoy working with adolescents (10+) and adults navigating concerns related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My approach is grounded in the wisdom of the body and an understanding of how our nervous systems shape our experiences. I often integrate mindfulness-based, holistic, polyvagal, trauma-informed, dialectical, and cognitive behavioral therapies, adapting our work to what resonates with you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I aim to meet you with curiosity, empathy, and collaboration as we work toward the life you want to build.
