I work specifically with first responders and veterans, as well as men and women who are trying to learn how to have a healthy engagement with their emotions. I am committed to being engaged, caring and direct in that process. I want to meet each client exactly where they are, to encourage them towards healing, but to always allow them to move at the pace that will allow for longterm sustainable change. Getting to meet and learn about my clients is one of the greatest joys in my life. I focus on each client as an individual, with a unique story and unique perspective that requires a personalized approach.I use empirically based models of therapy such as Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy to look at the whole of your experience. I believe that we were all made for connection as well as wholeness in all areas of our life. So whether you are facing a crisis, or merely looking to address a small area of frustration, I would love to get to work with you in that process to find resolution, peace and acceptance in your life. I look forward to hearing from you.
