I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves, not judging the ways we've learned to cope, feel, or navigate the world. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing since 2019. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you explore the experiences and patterns that shape how you understand yourself and connect with others. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and changes in identity or beliefs. I'm especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating faith transitions or religious trauma. My work draws from ACT, IFS, self-compassion, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma processing. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. Above all, therapy is a space where you can show up as you are. You don't need the right words or a clear starting point. My hope is that our work helps you understand yourself with greater compassion and build a life that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.
