Josh is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from New Mexico State University. He is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR. Josh works with couples, families, and adults with ADHD. His work focuses on helping people move out of patterns of disconnection, conflict, and self-criticism and into relationships that feel more secure, understood, and connected. Using an attachment focused integrative approach, he helps clients to slow down, better understand their emotional experiences, and feel genuinely seen in the moments that matter most. “I love getting the opportunity to hear someone’s story, especially walking with them through the parts that feel most difficult and painful. The patterns we find ourselves in, both in our relationships and within ourselves, can feel stuck or impossible to change. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully known, while also helping you move towards new patterns and more meaningful, lasting connections.”
