I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to discover deeper, more meaningful connections with themselves and each other. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in trauma-informed care, I specialize in how how early wounds show up in our relationships—whether that's through attachment struggles, infidelity, parenting conflicts, or difficulty connecting vulnerably. I'm particularly drawn to helping couples who've experienced childhood trauma find their way back to each other, and to supporting non-traditional relationships as partners define connection on their own terms. I also work with men in midlife and who seek authenticity rather than hiding behind performance and expectations. My training in Brainspotting, Imago Relationship Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Foundations--really drawing from Object Relations and Relational Therapy, which allows me to blend approaches fluidly, meeting you where you are. I'm also passionate about helping empathic, sensitive people learn to regulate their nervous systems and establish self-care routines so they can show up authentically in their lives. Whether you're uncovering hidden parts of yourself, healing from loss, or navigating a major life transition, I'm here to hold space with curiosity and compassion. I offer individual, couples, family, and group sessions both in-person and via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
