Introduction

Prolonged conflict can erode even the strongest relationships. When communication breaks down and dysfunctional patterns persist, talking about the issue is not enough. You need a clear understanding of what is happening beneath the surface. That is where my work begins. I help people move beyond surface-level conversations using a thorough and accurate assessment of their relationship dynamics. I analyze the entire system, including how each person perceives, reacts and contributes to the cycle. This allows us to identify the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. Without a clear assessment there can be no effective treatment plan. Without an effective treatment plan, there is no direction. Once we understand what is keeping you stuck, we create a focused and actionable plan. Your work in therapy is not just about insight. It is about meaningful change. In our session you will have a structured and supportive space to understand what is driving the conflict. Learn to identify when a conflict is looming. Learn effective communication skills. Interrupt dysfunctional patterns and build healthier ways of interacting. Between sessions I ask clients to practice what they are learning because change occurs through consistent and intentional application, not just awareness. When new skills become daily habits, relationships begin to shift. My approach integrates evidence-based methods including Emotion Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, other empirically validated methods and I also utilize two relationship assessment tools called "Prepare/Enrich" and "SYMBIS". If you have been feeling stuck, frustrated or disconnected, you do not have to stay there. With the right assessment, a clear plan, and consistent effort, meaningful change is possible. This is your opportunity to create a healthier, more connected relationship.
