Introduction

Are you seeking compassionate and expert mental health support? I am a licensed mental health therapist—and a proud Gay AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) provider—offering individual, family, and relationship counseling virtually throughout the state of Oregon. My practice is dedicated to helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, with a special focus on: Sex Therapy: Supporting individuals and relationships in overcoming sexual concerns, enhancing intimacy, and healing from sexual trauma. I have experience working with polyamory, open relationships, couples with desire discrepancies, and kinky people. LGBTQ+ Issues: Affirmative therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and relationships, including gender-affirming care, support with coming out, navigating discrimination, and providing gender-affirming letters for medical care and transition. Autism & Neurodivergence: Specialized counseling for autistic and neurodivergent clients, including support for late diagnosed, social skills, sensory sensitivities, unmasking, and co-occurring mental health concerns, or those wanting to explore their neurodivergence. Complex Trauma & PTSD: Trauma-informed care for survivors of abuse, neglect, and other complex trauma, including sexual abuse of men. I also specialize in supporting clients with family of origin trauma and religious trauma, particularly from a lived perspective as an ex-Mormon. As a Gay AuDHD therapist, I provide a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those healing from trauma. Whether you are seeking help with sex therapy, exploring your identity, or working through complex trauma, I am here to support you. Contact me today to schedule a virtual counseling session anywhere in Oregon. Begin your journey toward healing and self-acceptance with a therapist who truly understands your needs.
