Introduction

Hi there! Clients often come to me expecting that a therapist is simply a sounding board that is there to only listen and validate. To me, that sounds like a best friend. But a best friend is not what you are paying for. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I find myself to be a much more active clinician, in that through gentle and warm intervention, I honestly share my observations and interpretations of patterns I see. I may not always be right, but through the process we are able to uncover what is best for you as an individual human being. In partnership with my clients, I actively conceptualize the ways in which they can make real changes in their lives. I began my training at The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California, and continued my training in various sites related to trauma-informed care, psychodynamic practices, and narrative therapy practices. I've worked with communities of all ages and diverse backgrounds around Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Area. I hope we can connect and that I can support you in finding the best pathways for you to achieve your goals and live as your authentic self.
