Introduction
I help people who have spent years pushing through shame, perfectionism, and harsh self-criticism just to get by. Many of my clients, especially gay & queer men and those healing from complex trauma and attachment wounds, appear successful on the outside but internally struggle with self-doubt, overwhelm, loneliness, or feeling like a failure. Often, they learned early in life to survive by performing, achieving, or holding it all together, sometimes at the expense of their own needs, self-worth, and relationships. In therapy, I help individuals and couples understand the patterns shaped by shame and past experiences so they can move toward greater confidence, authenticity, and deeper connection with themselves and the people they love.
