At some point in life, we all find ourselves feeling lost, uncertain about where we are going, or struggling to understand how we got here. My goal is to help you navigate these moments, better understand yourself and your relationships, and find direction in the life you want to create. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. With a background in school counseling, I also support adolescents and young adults with social, emotional, academic, college, and career concerns. The way I view counseling is as a collaborative process. My role is to provide guidance, perspective, and support while helping you identify your strengths, clarify what you want, and take steps toward it. While I will work to support you meet your goals, I will challenge any unhealthy beliefs or behaviors you may present and will ensure that we remain accountable and honest with each other. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a life that feels more meaningful to you. I believe meaningful growth requires honesty, transparency, and authenticity, both with yourself and your counselor. I strive to create a space where we can be honest with each other about where you are, confronting patterns and beliefs that may hold you back, and make meaningful choices about where you want to go.
