Life has its seasons - moments of joy, and times of struggle. It is full of ups and downs, transitions, and unexpected challenges. Sometimes, we find ourselves weighed down by the pressures to “hold it all together” while quietly carrying burdens no one else sees. Reaching out for help can feel difficult, and even vulnerable, but it can also be the first brave step toward growth, clarity, and healing. I believe that every person holds the strengths they need to overcome life’s obstacles - sometimes, they just need a safe space and the right support to unlock that strength. Therapy isn’t about being “broken,” it’s about discovering the power, resilience, and direction that already exists within you. I served in the Army and Army Reserves for 24-years, retiring as an E-8, and have learned firsthand the value of perseverance, inner strength, and personal connection. I bring that same grounded perspective into my work as a therapist. I received my Bachelor’s of Psychology from California State University Stanislaus, and am nearing completion of my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative -whether you’re navigation relationship issues, personal struggles, trauma, or life transitions. Wherever you are on your journey, I want you to know that you’re not alone. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring what brought you here, and where you’d like to go next.
