Introduction

I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, family estrangement, loneliness, or relational conflict. Maybe you feel stuck and overwhelmed, or in conflict with someone who matters to you. I work often with over thinkers who struggle to get out of their head, make consistent changes, or make progress. If you're wanting relief, clarity, change, and if you're tired of the loneliness or exhaustion, I'd be honored to work together. Ultimately, I want you to leave our sessions feeling more at peace, more grounded and more clear. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, meaning we work together at a pace that feels right for you. I use proven therapy tools along with deeper emotional work to help you better understand what is shaping your reactions, feel more emotionally steady, and create changes that support healthier relationships and lasting growth. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have felt misunderstood or hurt before. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for change, therapy with me can be a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and move forward with greater clarity.
