Introduction

I’m a psychologist (limited permit) trained in both school and clinical psychology. I provide telehealth therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, aiming to create a supportive, respectful space where clients feel understood and comfortable exploring what’s been weighing on them. I approach therapy with warmth, professionalism and the belief that change emerges from a balance of insight, skill-building, and authentic connection. Therefore, therapy sessions are collaborative and tailored to each person. I draw from psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches, blending insight and reflection with practical coping tools that can be used in everyday life. I’m committed to ongoing professional growth and to providing ethical, affirming care to individuals and families.
