Introduction

My journey into the mental health field was shaped by both personal experience and a genuine desire to help others heal and grow. After witnessing the impact that family-system struggles can have on individuals and relationships, I experienced firsthand the meaningful role that therapy can play in creating healing, insight, and change. My own therapeutic journey allowed me to recognize the value of having a safe space to process life experiences, better understand oneself, and develop the tools needed to move forward. Those experiences ultimately inspired me to become a helping professional and provide that same opportunity for others. As a clinician, I take a person-centered, mindful, reality-based, and action-oriented approach to therapy. I believe counseling should be a collaborative process in which clients feel heard and understood while also being supported and challenged to take meaningful steps toward the life they want to create. Rather than viewing myself as the person with all the answers, I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we identify your goals, explore patterns and experiences that may be influencing where you are today, build practical skills, and work toward bringing your goals to fruition. My approach also emphasizes holistic wellness and self-discovery. Mental and emotional health do not exist in isolation; our relationships, environments, values, physical well-being, spirituality, and life experiences can all influence life itself
