Hi, I’m Josh. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re looking for support, guidance, or maybe just a space to catch your breath. I want you to know that you’re in the right place. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University and my Master of Business Administration from George Washington University. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at the University of Kentucky. With a background in psychology, social work, and business, I combine a deep understanding of human behavior with a practical approach to creating meaningful change. Over the years, I’ve worked in community mental health, private practice, public schools, and government settings. With over a decade of experience in the military, I am uniquely attuned to the challenges faced by service members and their families. I know how hard it can be to carry the wounds of the past while trying to build a life that feels whole and fulfilling. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering a safe, judgment-free space where you can heal, grow, and move forward at your own pace. As a therapist, I bring more than just education and experience to the table. I bring compassion, understanding, and the belief that no matter where you’ve been, your story isn’t over. Together, we’ll work through the challenges, celebrate the victories, and find clarity in the chaos. Outside of therapy, I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who understands how messy life can get. I believe in the power of connection, and I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
