I'm Josiah and I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can express their authentic selves and work toward developing healthier thought patterns, effective coping strategies, and lasting behavioral change. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each individual. In addition to CBT and person-centered therapy, I incorporate strength-based and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy techniques to help clients build on their existing resources and identify practical solutions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person-centered framework and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
