Introduction

Sometimes, life can feel incredibly lonely, as if no one truly understands what you’re going through. It can be tough to see the light at the end of the tunnel. If reading this sentence feels difficult, you might wonder how you can possibly get better. Yet, if you are still reading, there is hope, and change is indeed possible. My purpose here is to help you navigate this journey. I want to guide those who struggle with loneliness, sadness, depression, stress, or anxiety toward finding purpose, peace, and clarity. I began my career by helping young people and adults overcome their fears through adventure. I supported youth, families, and young adults in developing the skills needed to tackle life’s challenges. I enjoyed coaching individuals through the stresses of rock climbing, mountain biking, and other high-anxiety activities, which allowed me to witness some of life’s greatest triumphs over fear. While I may not take you rock climbing anymore, I still apply the same principles of facing fears, overcoming weaknesses, and discovering deeper meaning in life during our sessions. Therapy can be a beautiful experience. It can feel like having a guide in a dark tunnel, leading you toward the light and bidding you farewell once you find it. I look forward to meeting you
