Josseline(she/they) is currently obtaining her Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. After receiving their Bachelors in Social Work in 2021, Josseline worked as a Substance Use Case Manager, as well as an office administrator for an outpatient mental health practice in the greater Richmond area. After gaining some direct experience in the field, Josseline decided to go back and get their Masters to be able to help others in a greater capacity. When meeting with Josseline, you can expect a safe, welcoming, and judgement free zone that will allow you fully express your thoughts and concerns while feeling valued. She believe in the power of connections and that a strong therapeutic relationship can drive effective and lasting change. Josseline utilizes strengths-based theory to guide the clients to use what is already in their toolbox. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating.
