Introduction

Welcome to Journey to Serenity, where healing begins with feeling seen, heard, understood, and supported. Founded by Jenaiah Sauceda, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Journey to Serenity was created with a vision of providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and inclusive mental health care. We believe everyone deserves a safe, affirming space to heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. Our team specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. We are especially passionate about serving women, survivors of domestic violence, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, adolescents, and historically underserved communities. Through trauma-informed, evidence-based, and person-centered care, we help clients strengthen emotional resilience, establish healthy boundaries, improve relationships, and reconnect with their authentic selves. At Journey to Serenity, therapy is more than managing symptoms. It's about reclaiming your voice, recognizing your worth, and becoming who you're meant to be. Life Be Lifin'—Let's Work Through It Together.
