Introduction

I specialize in helping adults (ages 18–50) heal from trauma—especially relational and complex trauma (cPTSD, PTSD). I work with a wide range of clients, including veterans, first responders, neurodivergent individuals, and those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, or BPD. My approach combines talk therapy with somatic and parts work to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded. I'm trained in EMDR and am currently completing certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I believe healing is not just about managing symptoms—it's about reconnecting with who you truly are. Therapy with me is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel safe, seen, and supported. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you are.
