Hi, I’m Joy. I work with adult women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in their heads, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and hard on themselves and they’re tired of carrying so much internally. Therapy with me is a safe place to finally put words to what’s been happening inside your mind. We’ll pay attention to patterns, stress responses, and the ways your nervous system learned to cope over time. As your body and mind to feel safer and more regulated, anxiety often eases and it becomes easier to trust yourself and feel more at ease in your relationships and daily life. My approach is caring and collaborative. I care about creating a space that feels supportive and real, where change happens gradually and in a way that lasts.
