I specialize in working with adults navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, and late-diagnosed or self-identified autistic women who are seeking a deeper, more embodied way of healing. My approach integrates mindfulness-based art therapy, EMDR, and nervous system-focused care within a person-centered, trauma-informed framework. Together, we move beyond insight alone—toward healing that is felt in the body, not just understood in the mind. I help clients: Understand and regulate their nervous system Process trauma safely and at their own pace Reduce chronic stress and anxiety Reconnect with their authentic self Build a sense of internal safety and self-trust Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully reached the root of their experience. Through creative expression, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, therapy becomes a space where healing can happen without needing to put everything into words. Art therapy is not about being “good at art.” It’s about using imagery, symbolism, and creative process as a bridge to parts of yourself that may be hard to access verbally especially for trauma and neurodivergent experiences. My work is especially supportive for: Adults with CPTSD or developmental trauma Autistic women (Level 1), late-diagnosed or exploring identity Highly sensitive or neurodivergent individuals Those navigating anxiety, burnout, or life transitions I offer a space that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and deeply attuned, where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. My goal is to support you in creating a life that feels grounded, authentic, and aligned, rather than just manageable.
