Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens when clients feel genuinely heard and safe—so I work to build a non-judgmental space where you can explore what's really going on and discover your own inner wisdom. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, from teenagers through elders, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you're navigating a career crossroads, processing grief and loss, adjusting to major life changes, or working through deeper wounds, I'm here to help you develop practical skills and reconnect with your resilience. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to move forward, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
