I'm Jozlyn Torres, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families find support, understanding, and meaningful change. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship difficulties, and emotional challenges. With training in EMDR and Child Centered Play Therapy, I offer a compassionate approach that considers each person's unique experiences and needs. Whether you're looking for support for yourself, your child, or your relationship, my goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story, building confidence, strengthening connections, and taking meaningful steps toward healing.
