Introduction

Are you facing life challenges that feel overwhelming—such as stress, substance use concerns, or emotional struggles including trauma, anxiety, or depression? I provide personalized counseling for individuals ages 13 and older using a holistic, evidence-based approach that supports healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, and sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Optional spiritual guidance is available if you choose. While my work is rooted in my own faith, therapy can thoughtfully integrate spiritual practices—such as prayer, faith-based meditation, and scripture—when desired by the client. I provide individual counseling and substance use services, as well as family skills and support focused on improving communication, connection, and understanding. Family services may include parenting support, navigating recovery together, resolving conflict, and supporting a loved one experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ individuals, people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, individuals of any faith or none at all, and those living with visible or invisible disabilities. Together, we work to build coping skills, emotional resilience, and practical strategies that support long-term growth, recovery, and meaningful change. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children, connecting with friends, traveling, and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants. I also find deep meaning in supporting vulnerable members of our community in ways that honor their dignity and inherent worth.
