Maybe you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected. Maybe your thoughts feel heavy, daily life feels harder than it should, or coping feels like a constant struggle. I offer personalized, evidence-based counseling for anyone 13 and older, supporting healing of the mind, body, and spirit, with sessions shaped around your unique needs and goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience, and together we tailor each session to your strengths and what matters most to you. Optional spiritual guidance is available if you choose. While my work is rooted in my own faith, we can thoughtfully include practices such as prayer, meditation, or scripture whenever it feels meaningful to you. I offer support for individuals and families, helping improve communication, connection, and understanding. Family support can include parenting guidance, navigating recovery together, resolving conflict, or supporting a loved one through mental health or substance use challenges. Together, we work on building coping skills, emotional resilience, and practical strategies that support long-term growth, recovery, and meaningful change. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children, connecting with friends, traveling, and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants. I also find deep meaning in supporting vulnerable members of our community in ways that honor their dignity and inherent worth.
