Introduction

I'm a behavioral therapist who believes healing is an ongoing journey, not a destination—and I approach that work with openness and directness. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan, from young adults through older adults, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My toolkit is broad: I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method for couples work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and trauma-focused approaches, tailoring each to what you need. I also offer mindfulness-based work, family therapy, coaching, and classes. Whether you're processing past wounds, building stronger relationships, or learning new ways to manage difficult emotions, I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
