I bring trauma-informed, relational care to adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, and the weight of past experiences. I work bilingually in English and Spanish, and I'm deeply committed to helping you by understanding how your unique identity including your cultural background, faith, family history, and lived experiences shapes your current emotional well-being, relationships and functioning. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based practices, tailored to what you need. I help clients recognize patterns that no longer serve them, develop healthier boundaries, improve communication, and build stronger connections with themselves and others. I work from a strengths-based perspective, draw on your resilience, while making intentional space for spirituality when it matters to you. I currently offer telehealth sessions and work with Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna Healthcare. I'm accepting new clients at this time, but I'm happy to discuss potential future availability or provide referrals. I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP) with a Master's degree from Columbia University.
