Introduction

Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia and Illinois, a Level 3 Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and an Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) Therapist. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Science degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Walden University. I use a systems level approach to working with individuals and families. I believe that what happens in one area of life or to one person in the home ultimately affects the entire system. I am honored to work with you to create a safe space to explore life’s challenges together. I use a diverse set of techniques to foster healing at the individual and systemic level. I am truly motivated and inspired by every client I spend time with and approach each person with curiosity and integrity to learn about them and their individual and specific needs. I accept several insurances in Virginia and Illinois.
