Introduction

I am a board-certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and personality disorders. I offer in-person and online appointments with flexible availability. I completed my psychiatric training at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy with thoughtful and research-supported medication management. I maintain a limited caseload to allow for thoughtful and unhurried care. I love working with people navigating complex life transitions such as academic or career shifts, relationship changes, family planning, infertility, infidelity, divorce, parenthood, chronic illness, grief, and adults of all ages who have experienced trauma. I prefer to meet people in-person if possible, it's so much better! Please reach out to discuss your goals, needs, and expectations. I work in a flexible manner and want to hear how you feel I can best support you. You can schedule an appointment through email or the direct booking link on my website. I offer complementary consultations to help you determine if I am a good fit for you!
